Was there a full crowd? Were the protesters Hispanic?

Crowd was huge! Got there with my family around 5:15PM. There was a pretty good crowd then. We had to go through rigorous security to get in. They had the nose bleed seats closed off at first. The place holds about 14K. Almost all the nose bleed seats were filled, so probably around 12K, I'd guess, as seats behind the stage were blocked off. When Trump first came on stage a little after 7PM, he told the crowd that there were still 4000 people outside trying to get in! He left the stage and came back maybe 15-20 minutes later and started. They had to keep opening up sections in the nose bleeds until all of them were filled The crowd was electric. There were three little protest. First some code pink types, three women with some banner "immigrant lives matter", Crowd went crazy telling them get out. Then later, some crazy, Hispanic looking guy got on his chair about 5 rows from the barrier and started ranting. Again the crowd went crazy and the people around him started to drag him off the chair, he started to get violent. The cops and security closed on him fairly quickly. Some were singing "nah nah nah nah nah, hey hey, goodbye" and then a thunderous chant of USA as they dragged him away. Then late in the speech some totally overweight, Michael Moore looking dude ran toward the stage and shouted "because of you" when Trump was talking about millions on food stamps. The crowd was a bit calmer at this point, but booed him off as they dragged him away. Trump was sharp, on his game. I've never seen anything like this in MA politics! This is a powerful movement! The media is totally downplaying his momentum. There were lots of young people.

Some were singing "nah nah nah nah nah, hey hey, goodbye."

I KNEW that was gonna happen before I even read down that far in your post. LOL, the people of Mass have absolutely the best sense of hilariously ragging on people in the whole country.

I should know, I grew up there and bore quite the brunt of it!

Wow . . what a great description! I read somewhere that, as he FINISHED his speech, people were still trying to get in. Just amazing. So glad to hear there were lots of young people there. Thanks so much for posting . . your enthusiasm is very apparent.

That picture is amazing. Too bad he can’t get notoriety for the venues they’re choosing due to such huge crowds.
