He is F'ng crazy. His rants are due to the fact that ISIS/Islam hasn't succeeded as fast as he anticipated or wants them to. He is extremely frustrated.

Obama is P.O.'d that Putin stepped in and revealed for all the world to see that his war on ISIS was/is a fake and a scam.

And now the American people (at least some of us) have had the audacity to stand up to the little tyrant on his open borders for Syrian terrorists policy.

And every time Obama makes an ass of himself overseas or on a foreign policy issue the petulant little brat turns on US citizens to vent his frustration.
