At the very worst I would move the gas grill in the garage when I want to BBQ and open the door 1/3rd of the way.
Everyone with a grill will have to enclose the entire grill area with an airtight, filtered forced-air ventilating system, making it impossible for anyone not in the 1% to afford one.
