It's a technicality, but Clendennen moved to dismiss his first claim before any of the defendant's replied to the suit, so technically, there are five new suits, not four.

The dismissal of Clendennen's lawsuit is routinely ignored by the media...I'd be surprised if his attorney has refiled it.
