In theory the Mountain Post (Ft. Carson) could put down any attempts to free the 20th hijacker rather quickly. Hickenlooper is a leftist tool though, so who knows what will happen. :-(
The question is whether they'd be allowed to. More likely there would be many deliberately obfuscative comments from politicians as they dithered over what, if anything, to do. And by the time they made up their minds, the prison break would be over and the terrorists fled.
