Suggestion to the Governors who object to the resettlement of combat capable Muslim males into their states:

The Constitution recognizes the need for well regulated militias. Create well regulated State militias, and impound all combat capable Muslim males dumped into your states. If the Federal Government objects, no problem. They can pick them and put them in States which don't object to having them.
