Primary season on Free Republic... reminds me of an old sci-fi story- maybe it was a Star Trek episode - about a planet that had a ‘crazy time’ when everyone was irrational for a period.
No, not Star Trek. The episode I’m thinking of was “The Naked Time”. But I’m sure there’s a classic sci-fi story on the theme of a ‘crazy season’.
At least we haven’t had mass bannings... yet.
That reminds me of the movie “The Purge”. Once a year everyone can go out and murder without fear of the police interfering.
