If just one state accepts the Syrian muslims it puts all the other states at risk. Despite the fact that the other states have refused to allow them in. Something more is needed, such as emergency legislation making it a felony punishable by immediate deportation or incarceration without right of redress should ANY Syrian refugee attempt to travel outside the boundaries of the state that accepted them. It has to be written so that CAIR cannot use the courts to neuter the decisions by the states to keep the refugees out.
