I can think of at least one thing she's probably confused about. Oddly enough it involves the same two people.

How much of her confusion is due to brain issues and/or too much alcohol? Why is Huma saying this now? Is she trying to protect herself from a federal conviction or is this to give the Hildbeast some cover? Huma can always flee to Iran when the time is right.
