Russia claims its targets in Syria are the Islamic State group and Syrian rebels, neither of which are in possession of aircraft or missiles.

So how can these warmongering uniparty fools claim a no-fly zone will do anything but help ISIS?

Putin and Assad--twins. Putin is just 5'6"; Basher is 6'2". That's their only difference: short stuff (Putin) and Haffiz's son (scary).

Neither of them have any respect for anyone, including GOD.

There is a lot that goes with that system. Launchers, missiles, radars, a command post. I could see them deploying it at their main base of flight operations. Just in case.
