(why did your left and right quotes work, but turned weird when I copied and pasted them? I had to switch to straight quotes.)
The HTML code for left double quote is “The HTML code for right double quote is ”
The trouble is, if you copy the above into the Your Reply box and preview it, the quotes around your text question will turn to gibberish - while what I call HTML code for left and right quotes will - you guessed it - turn into actual left and right quotes.
