No, because we will not even acknowledge the true nature of Islam. It has always been a religion of conquest and slavery. Miscogeny and mayhem are at its core.

There are various degrees of delusion. What if we turn your assertion around, and we acknowledge that everyone understands the true nature of Islam.
OK, then what? That is, what are you going to do about it? Turn to "your" government for protection? Peaceably assemble, petition, vote? What if you are put on a watch list for participating in that kind of (constitutional) behavior? What if the government is purposely importing violent factions to serve a greater objective?
Islam wouldn't be a problem if it was isolated. After all, who's traveling to the MENA? But what if those who desire greater control went shopping on a global basis looking for an ideology that could create the kind of social disruption necessary to achieve their long held goals? And once they found it, they opened up the immigration spigot?
