5-6+ lbs London Broil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbls Garlic powder
1 Tbls Onion powder
2 Tbls Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbls Kosher salt
2 Cups water
Slice meat 1/4” and marinade in mixture for 2-5 days.
Load into dehydrator or oven dry until the texture you like. usually overnight in dehydrator, 6-8 hours in the oven
This doesn’t have any insta-cure so store in plastic bag and eat within a week(That is the easiest part).
