Of course she's mocking religion, and everyone knows it. Atheists think the whole "flying spaghetti monster" thing is funny and act as though God could be real no more than a pile of flying spaghetti. If they are wrong, which I believe they are, the joke will be on them. Anyway, she looks like a complete moron in that picture, so I'm glad they let her wear it.

Everyone is missing the point of what she did!

She showed how ridiculous it is for anyone to use any religion to get around the basics in society such as simply not wearing head gear in a drivers license photo.

I only read a few of the comments before making this comment so I don’t know if others did see her brilliance in doing this.
