Why is it that, if a white man shoots black church goers, liberals will jump to conclusions that it was a racist attack?

And liberals jump to conclusions about lax gun regulations if there are shootings at schools or other public places.

But when Muslims are involved, liberals warn us not to jump to conclusions about who is involved or what their motivations may have been.
