I’m listening to his speech right now. He is a stumbling fool without the aid of his TelePrompTer. He started off confusing the French motto, “Liberty, Equality, Fraternity” with “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.”

He sounded as useless as he actually is.
