Thanks for posting. In before the hyperactive anti-Cruz jihadists.
Eight years of Trump with Cruz as his VP followed by eight years of Cruz as President works for me.
WONDERFUL!
Ping
I love this part: “Halt any increases in legal immigration so long as American unemployment remains unacceptably high.”
I wonder what St. Raphael of TPA considers “unacceptably high” unemployment? Anything above 75%? Oh and it looks like this would only apply to INCREASES above the current numbers. Presumably DECREASES are off the table.
Go, Cruz, GO!
“Breaking News”?
I would love to see Cruz and Trump duke it out as the final two.
This lacks an English language provision.
No entry into the US on an H1B visa until the applicant passes an English language test in this country, not overseas, to determine real facility with U.S. American English.”

St Raphael... my how clever you are.
The only one who can be counted on to secure the border and restore the rule of law.
All these fancy plans, when all you need to do is utilize the current E-Verify system and DON’T EMPLOY ILLEGALS!
They’ll self-deport and it won’t cost the taxpayer a dime.
The English language provision is a good one, but this is still a very good plan. It’s difficult to legally require English proficiency when it’s not codified into law.
Cruz remains my favorite and I am very encouraged by the last month he has put together. He has not only picked up support, but he has positioned himself as the #2 for many Trump and Carson supporters. My enthusiasm for him was always tempered by low expectations, but he seems to have a great strategy that is working. We will know he is over the target when the GOPe goes into full attack mode.
This is very good.
I am very happy to see Cruz distinguish himself as a candidate by putting forth a detailed plan.
I do believe that immigration is THE defining issue of this election, and considering what is happening in Europe, it should be.
It’s an existential issue.
We either get on top of it right now, or it is going to get on top of us right now.
No more invasion of America.
Good work, Mr. Cruz.
They are desperate because big mouth Johnny Trump stepped in a pile of dog poo yesterday making himself a fool.
What about a company moving from inhouse skill to outside contractor employees, where the contractor is essentially an H-1B supply house (like the Disney situation)? Are these H-1B replacements (who are the contractor’s employees, not the workplace’s employees) as well as the contractor companies themselves under the same scrutiny or does this loophole remain open?
Cruz's dishonesty is what will destroy him here.
