Seems reasoned to me.
I’ve followed Reuters for five months now, and it has been the most rational all along.
It did show Carson rise, but it wasn’t wildly all in like the others. And Trump is not slipping in the polls. He’s at 34% right now, and has been for some time, with some lower fluctuations.
That article was a good one.
With the multiple terror attacks in France, the media anti Trump feeding frenzy / bash fest, is now off the radar.
Other than hitting his music teacher who “didn’t teach him”
Yesterday.
Hehee.
I’ll bet that his co-writer encouraged Gentle Ben to use language that was exciting and would sell books.
You could be right, but the “emergency responder” on Fox is Shep Smith.
Shep is thoroughly infected with TDS. It has him from the hair on his head to the tip of his toenails. He probably sucks up to management...so to speak.
Are you serious!?
That is too funny. LOL.
Post that to its own thread More visible and easier to save and find by itself
Trump sure claimed the headlines back from all Carson all the time, didn’t he, lol. That wily fox.
It’s real. It’s on Trump’s twitter feed.
Start a thread for it? Ok later though I gotta go for now.
This is a scientific poll and Reuters may be the most respected news org in the world.
It’s an online poll, is constantly an outlier and is not included in the RCP average of polls.
Believe it if you’d like, but Trump’s own words indicate that he is stunned, upset and downright angry that Carson has closed on him in the polls. I mean, he called Iowans idiots for supporting Carson.
Rcp is a joke. Reuters is an actual news group.
RCP is an average of the scientific polling used by actual news organizations and a few major universities. You do realize that don’t you? RCP selects the polls that have the most reliable track records and combines them for the average. Polls that consistently show they are outliers are removed from the RCP average.
The RCP average combines McClatchy/Marist, Fox, Quinnipiac, NBC/WSJ, IBD/TIPP, CBS/NY Times, PPP, Bloomberg, USAT/Suffolk, ABC/Wash Post, Reason-Rupe.
Online polls are excluded which is why you don’t see Harris, Zogby, YouGov or this Reuters poll you seem to wedded to.
Thanks Jane. I was a little worried about Trump this morning but I don’t think it matters. What are the options. Only candidate that anyone would go to is Cruz and I don’t see that happening. I think Ben is done over the next month or so. He has been defined. No Trump supporters will vote for Yeb or Amnestio. And they’re not going to Carson. So they either stay with Trump, go to Cruz or go undecided for now. I expect a media narrative that Trump is slipping but no long term damage at all.
Adams has been blogging about Trump a lot, even though he said at one point he didn’t favor him. But obviously he is fascinated by Trump’s skills as a communicator, and has been holding him at arm’s length to meticulously dissect his techniques, like an anthropologist.
Polls only become reality once they are released to the public, then people say to themselves....oh so that`s what people are thinking
For sure I am not affected by any of them, but the masses buy into them, not sure how anybody can say there is any scientific polling.
The polling is all done by people with agendas...just my long held view point
Putting Trump and Carson aside, Reuters is NOT going to allow Rubio to be behind Cruz, they wont have any of that at this point
I think he can run the table.
Have you noticed that the Trump fans have a sort of Messiah Complex regarding Trump?
The cannot stand Trump not leading. Any poll with Carson in the lead is a push poll (somehow the same media had Trump in the lead by a lot the past few months).
Trump can attack anyone, no matter how badly, and not only does Trump get a pass, but the other person is at fault. Just now Trump drew comparisons between Carson and child molesters.
Has Trump ever once admitted to a mistake? Has he ever apologized for anything? Trump (and his supporters) view apologies as weaknesses, I think. It just shows the narcissism of Trump. Yes all Presidential candidates are probably narcissistic to some degree, but Trump is there all by himself in the degree of his self-love.
