Oh, I agree it's absurd. First, the notion that there's only 11 million; second, that it's necessary to go door to door with German Shepherds to find them.

We're tripping over them; if various levels of government started doing the job they were hired to do, the airplanes and trucks and buses and trains headed south would be standing room only.
