Correlation neither proves nor disproves causation. There could be any number of factors that are common to both. Sanctuary city, Liberal revolving door justice system. Influx of "black live matter aholes" etc.
I make a very good living doing statistics and I gotta tell you, you and the other people who think this is some sort of proof are totally barking up the wrong tree.
