“The courts have to apply the law.”

Does that apply to the SCOTUS too, or would they be able to simply void the laws, based on their interpretation of the Constitution? I don’t know — it just seems like a big known unknown.

I’d rather fight a court on the law prohibiting non-citizens from receiving public funds than fight 11 million cases of forced deportation.

Forced deportation is just not a workable or effective solution.
