Yeah, it looks like Cruz and Trump were pretty much in the same boat regarding comments concerning deportation, I believe there are plenty of Donald’s quotes kicking around from a few years ago about how ridiculous an idea he thought deportation was.

Whats clear is the dynamic has changed now and deportation is apparently politically conceivable. Thank heaven and to Trump for that.

But if Rubio thinks he can drag Cruz down to his level as an amnesty pimp he’s definitely picking a losing battle.

Deportation is the only path to DISCOURAGING FUTURE illegals. Reagan’s amnesty to 2 or 3 million encouraged 11 million more illegals.

Trump was clear on this issue from the start. Not being a politician. Am I to believe that Cruz support of an amendment that would establish a legitimate status for illegal aliens was merely a chess move in a political game? Cruz seems more squishy to me on illegal aliens based on which way the perverbial wind is blowing.

I am glad Cruz finally flipped on H1-B visa’s. I do not hold grudge if they flop in the right direction. I did not even hold grudge against Romney after he flipped to pro-life.

Well, I watched the disappointing video of Cruz. He needs to understand that there will be NO AMNESTY. You came in illegally — YOU GET OUT!! It will be “operation wetback II”.
Cruz has now faded ,in my opinion. We will not have amnesty .
