http://econdataus.com/amjobs0.htm. At the bottom of that page are links to the R source code to reproduce these numbers. In addition, the 110 jobs lost for 2002-2008 can be seen in the second to the last table in Section 16 at
http://econdataus.com/amjobs1.htm#section16 . This all shows the importance in not accepting numbers from any study that has not been replicated and verified. Zavodny's paper is merely a "working paper" that has never been peer-reviewed, much less replicated and verified. And yet there are references to scores of people, some with very big names, who have mindlessly parroted the 2.62 number at
this link.
