Those are piles of Bravo Sierra removed from the mayor’s office. What you see there is the accumulation of one week.

I think that is an artist's conception of the future George Lucas Museum. Why Chicago wants or needs a Lucas Museum is beyond me, and how is Lucas connected to Chicago?
But George does have a close relasionship with Emanuel's wife. Maybe that has something to do with it?
