Instead of shooting from the hip why not look at the United States Constitution to determine whether persons as opposed to citizens get due process?

I know you know the answer to this one. As for me, I held my nose and voted for GHWB the first time, and almost immediately regretted having done so. I did not vote for him a second time. I never voted for W. The Bush family to this day have truly damaged America, and have trashed conservatism.
