Let me get this straight MU is an unwelcoming place for minorities, but on a campus that is 70% white, the SA president is Black and the SA VP is a women of color.

First, the president is both black and gay, I mean the SA president is both black and gay, and apparently the VP is a woman of many colors. She is a Mexican dual-citizen, but also claims to be African American. So I assume she is mixed race, with a Mexican parent, but that she also specifically claimed her Mexican citizenship.
