I don't think Rush has mentioned common sense and America but this morning on the William Bennett show Bennett interviewed Robert Curry: Author of "Common Sense Nation: Unlocking the Forgotten Power of the American Idea"; member of the Board of Directors of the Claremont Institute.
Lest we forget.
This is in addition to Common Law, the part of English law that is derived from custom and judicial precedent rather than statutes.
A spoken word commercial followed by a planted book call followed by a spoken word commercial.
That third hour is absolutely riveting!
And did you hear Rush in the previous hour speak about how difficult it is for callers to get through? Matter of fact, he (Rush) said, "I know people who have tried to call in for the past twenty-five years and have not succeeded."
Yet these "book callers" (and soon to be "stuffed animal" callers) miraculously get right through. Amazing, isn't it?
Today, Rush wasted 20-25 minutes of the oh-so-valuable air time on book talk.
Pathetic.
