Once again - if the organs (kidneys, liver, brain, etc.) are sufficiently developed to be used in "research," then so, too is the nervous system.

Better yet, if someone has living human organs they are a living PERSON. And living persons CANNOT be killed without due process of law.

Sure they can. It happens all the time ... Chicago, for example, has become notorious for it.

We call it "murder".
