Sure, Romney wouldn’t have unleashed Iran, but still the feckless Republican Congress failed to stop Obama.
There’s plenty of ‘suck’ in Obama’s second term, but I think it’s helped to solidify the necessary opposition. Romney would have diluted the distinction we’re now seeing — that illustrated by Trump and Cruz.
The lesser evil mob can’t understand brand dilution (back stabbing) and how it is more damaging than a direct assault from an overt lefty.
Bingo. He would have done things differently, but there would be no less suck. Just different suck. And exactly as you said, we would still be meekly making excuses just as some still insist on. There would be no opposition. No Trump. Probably no Cruz running against the incumbent. there would be amnesty already. And If severe conservative McCain funded and supplied terrorists under Barry, he would be doing it under Mitt. They are cut from the same cloth. One world order.
We made this mess. It’s going to hurt to fix it.
