I changed my mind. Coulter and all other Americans are native Americans. Indigenous Americans should not be called Native Americans. But they are neither indigenous, nor native. They are asians who walked over settled America. And some may be polynesians who paddled over.

When I was in school in the 50s, Native American was someone born here and Aboriginal American was a polite term for the Indians.
