Makes sense to me. A lot of people with Neurological issues are night owls including me until my sleep patterns recently changed a few hours. Night time also allows for a less hectic world for them to function in. It's sad that now days the public puts the victim on trial in the media sometimes even more so than the perps. That is especially true in court rooms too. Some persons unfortunately do not have real good street smarts when it comes to late night activities.
