Now that I consider, I do not know squat about really large diesel two strokes and how they might differ from small gas two strokes as far as crank lubricating schemes.

At these low RPMs, an oil mist does not visualize too well, they might do some sort of injection to keep bearings cool.

Cylinder liner inlet ports and exhaust valves in head, with positive displacement blowers providing the intake air, is a typical design. Dry sump oiling system with electric oil pumps, at least for start-up.
