Doosan Engine has reported that the initial start of an MAN B&W 11G95ME-C9.5 two-stroke engine took place during October 2015 at its works in Korea, followed subsequently by a successful shop-test.

Cylinder liner inlet ports and exhaust valves in head, with positive displacement blowers providing the intake air, is a typical design. Dry sump oiling system with electric oil pumps, at least for start-up.
Probably use pressurized air direct into a cylinder to spin for engine start. Old-technique air shift of early diesel boats ran engine in forward and reverse... direct drive- no gearbox or clutch.
