I do not believe that for a second. Are guns taken home as a member of the armed forces, or self defense forces, or police forces, or reserve forces counted as being owned?

Notice the article said ‘personal weapons’ not duty or issue. I would think most Israelis in the military dont carry their issue weapon day to day. I think the point is the avg joe there doesnt carry concealed. That should change. In fact Im not sure why everyone isnt armed to the teeth.
