Doesn’t look like a normal missile to me. where’s the smoke from the combustion of the rocket fuel?

Is it a normal propellant?

I think it was a Delta IV, those are liquid fueled, the oxidizer at least is cryo, I'd have to look that up, and it puts out around 2 million pounds thrust. Here's another launch:
