I do not understand what they expect from the president of the college. It isn’t as if he is the one painting graffiti on walls.

The only statement he need make is ‘We do not tolerate the wanton destruction of school or private property through graffiti by anyone, particularly offensive and racist graffiti. We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law anyone caught engaging in such behavior.’

I find it difficult to believe that any of these young men have not seen equally offensive graffiti every day of their lives in their home areas.

Has he made such a statement? I would be surprised if he hasn't.
