The old PC game/simulator “JFK Reloaded” puts you in the scope. Becomes clear it’s a very doable shot.

Did Jackie know to duck? Maybe she had Kennedy killed? He wasn’t exactly the most faithful of husbands. Hell hath no fury and all that.
To: Artemis Webb
Oswald barely qualified on the Marine Corps rifle range and was using a POS mail order Carcano rifle with a scope that was barely attached.

The documentary aired on PBS a few years ago.....probably during the 50th anniversary.
All I remember them saying was a round from the grassy knoll would have killed Jackie Kennedy as well. Would the round have hit JFK first, and then hit the first lady? With the grassy knoll on JFK’s side of the limo, like you mentioned, it would have been impossible for Jackie to have been hit first. Who knows. Another “film maker” with another theory.
That was “their” conclusion. It doesn’t mean it’s the God honest truth of what happened.
To: Ruy Dias de Bivar
That’s been my theory. Most people don’t realize a bullet in flight makes a lot of noise. There is a semi circular structure nearby that would perfectly focus the transient bullet noise onto the grassy knoll, making it sound like a shot originated from there a split second after Oswald fired.

This crime has already been solved, but the Powers that Be don't want you to know the answers...yet. That said, I agree that until that time, we should look to those who had the most to gain by JFK's murder. That is a sticky question. I'm sure that many entities were toasting the event of the day, even if they had no involvement whatsoever. The CIA, LBJ, Castro, The Mob, The Militery-Industrial Complex, and several others including the husbands of women that JFK had his way with.
I have my opinion, but like all of you, it is based on incomplete facts.

We do live in a world that is absurd. We treat leaders like gods; humans always have. Fact is they are little different from us aside for ability to focus on their work and have connections & money to leverage. Nonetheless we absurdly impute to them wisdom, dominion, power, and immortality over us.

Yeah, there is NO WAY there weren’t more people involved, no matter how many bullet(s).

It looks like she would have been hit if the shot came from the back. At least hit by something.
To: SVTCobra03
A “barely qualified Marine” is entirely capable of making that shot.

Questions remain!
To: ctdonath2
A “barely qualified Marine” is a qualified Marine. Easy shot, too.
