The Obama administration is sending a new message to people on the Obamacare e-mail list. Sign up for health insurance by December 15 or face big fines.
âImportant,â the new email warns subscribers. âThe penalty for not having health insurance is increasing. If you donât sign up for coverage, youâll risk having to pay $695 per person or more for the year.â
Since the new enrollment period is in session, email messages from the Obamacare website have increased urging more people to sign up for coverage or face fines. When asked about the fines faced by Americans without insurance, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said that he was unaware of any plans to reduce the penalties.
âIâm not aware of any plans to change the penalties that would be levied,â Earnest said, during the daily press briefing reminding reporters that some people would be fined more for not having health insurance than the actual the cost of health insurance itself.

the fine for having “coverage” that covers little to nothing of the day to day stuff is higher too. oh that is the premium? my bad.
who would fund all the liberal wet dreams if we are all in jail?
now that would be funny to watch from my cell window.
The high premium and the astronomical deductible make ZeroCare less than worthless...a house would have to fall on you before you would come out ahead :-/
You could use bankruptcy as a last resort to erase a massive health care bill.
The government has now made not doing anything a crime.
I don’t participate in 0bambamCare
Even former presidents will not have to reveal prior criminal convictions when applying for a job!
It’s not a Penalty, it’s a Tax on Breathing.
We didn’t want it but the masterminds decided that it would cram this suppository in us anyway.
Only liberals could claim that their medical insurance plan is wonderful, while compelling people to sign up. Democrats are exactly the personality that commits rape and then asks if their victim liked the date.

Liberty Health Share is the only one that will accept all religions and don’t ask you to belong to a church. The others do and are very strict about it and ask for proof. That’s why I signed up with Liberty Health Share instead of the others because I can’t swear or prove that I go to church every Sunday even though I am catholic. They just ask you to be a religious person. They ask you if you smoke - they don’t like that at all - it is in their policies. And of course no abortion paid for.
Very small deductible and 100% paid for. My medishare card is accepted in any hospitals or doctors office. We also have a card for big discount on prescriptions. Even Walmart takes it - between 20% and 40% off prescription if you belong to Liberty.
If you sign up with a medishare you are exempt from obamacare.
Check them out. It is the best alternative. Much cheaper and all covered with a small deductible (mine is $500) ..
If you can figure out how to drop your household AGI below 250% of the federal poverty level you probably have a good chance of buying a bronze plan for that.
Fines are at the link.

It's called your "deductible," which under Obamacare are simply astronomical.
You are correct.
You don’t have to pay if you don’t get a Federal tax refund (IRS can ONLY collect from a refund)...adjust your W-4 accordingly! Also, there are more ways: http://www.rgbrenner.com/blog/2014/02/28/understanding-obamacares-hardship-exemption/

Yes, $695 is two months of payments per average obamacare plan.
