The first ones in Oz that I noticed were in English. Big numeral 6.... The Shia connection was established through web search. However I wouldn't assume it to be confined to Shia only.

Looks like a fine aiming point. I hope that these guys are all getting put on lists by Western intel services. And when the time comes, the list is handed to patriots, who will begin crossing them off the list.
