There is nothing conspiratorial about considering whether or not the current occupant of the white house would use ANY excuse to declare martial law and suspend the 2016 elections.
Except there's nothing in it for Obama to stick around. He's got a lucrative future of book advances, lectures and foundation graft ahead of him once he vacates the White House.
