The president does not make that decision. The supreme Court did. States can can do something about it.

I am much more worried about illegal immigration. If we have open borders, nothing else will matter. We will be over as a country.

Yes but the President chooses the Supreme Court Justices.

Oh, so that's the standard now. Trump can endorse an outrageous Supreme Court decision like Kelo (and he indeed did endorse the ruling - despite your prior inaccurate statement that did not), but its okay because it was a SCOTUS decision and not a decision Trump made directly, even though he supports it. So I guess you also are fine if he picks SCOTUS justices with the same philosophy that will be making rulings possibly for decades like Kelo? Is this also how you give him a pass for his support of Obama's stimulus (aka porkulus) - because he wasn't in Congress at the time to vote on it and didn't actually sign it into law? Are you seeing how absurd your attempts at making excuses are getting?

It's one of the most important issues but saying nothing else matters is absurd. We want our borders secured but we don't want to be oppressed ourselves within our own borders.
