Don't know, do know when Russian FSB shared intelligence with US identifying and predicting Chechnyan Boston Marathon bomber, US failed to act or pass on that intelligence.

As a general rule, when one nation receives intelligence from another with which that nation doesn’t have the best relationship, that intelligence is always suspect - especially if the nation receiving the intelligence has nothing to corroborate it.
