Impose tariffs on certain products coming from Mexico is one way. Yeah, that's not "Mexico" paying for the wall. That would be American consumers--y'know, the ones buying those products--paying for the wall.
But sure, increase taxes on American consumers and pretend Mexico is paying....That's a real conservative policy you've got there, buddy.

You obviously don't understand how the economy would respond to that. If it suddenly cost more to purchase product from Mexico, the vacuum would quickly be filled from elsewhere. The demand of the U.S. consumer is insatiable and others will come forward to supply that demand at a lower pricepoint. This is a global economy, not a Mexican economy. Soon, the Mexicans would be begging to build the wall themselves, just to get their trade back.
But that's just one way.
