Headquartered in Ludwigshafen, Germany and a chemical company

Why does a foreign chemical company have the authority to attempt to influence a US election of any variety?

It isn’t BASF Germany that headed this ‘game’. It’s BASF-USA, headquartered out of New Jersey. My guess is that they have some requirements that need political help...which the LGBT team are pushing, and they had to pay into this pot to get the help.

If you asked corporate at BASF Germany....they’d probably just look at you with the deer-in-the-headlights look. They have no idea what this weird relationship is about.
