it’s a state issue to reclassify a federally-scheduled substance made by the DEA, a federal agency? Shouldn't the states decide legalization, or do you not believe in the 10th Amendment?

No. About legalizing pot on the federal level for recreational use. Some states have already voted against its use for recreational purposes. That, in my opinion, is for the states to figure out. The Feds shouldn’t have the right to decide this issue.
