People should lay off the “open primaries” issue. The GOP can’t change state laws on that. Furthermore, New York already has closed primaries, but a NY district is highlighted in the article as an example of the anti-conservative bias in the rules.

The bias comes from the delegate allocation rules, which the GOP could change — if it wanted to be fair to conservatives.

We will not lay off the Open Primary issue. We are guaranteed a Republican form of Government. If the GOP is going to represent us as a party then we want what we are supposed to have; not democrats in heavy vote fraud states (Which the GOP agreed in settlement to not investigate) picking our candidates for us.
