That's EXACTLY how Europe's ruling elites are going to tamp down any resistance to their immigration plans. Nationalist leaders will be harassed, arrested, sued, etc. for “hateful” remarks.
And if there are actually no “hateful” remarks, incidents will be manufactured to allow the harassment, etc. to go forward anyway.
