Actually, KY is a Right-To-Work County State. Each county can decide if it wishes to be RTW. Heavy Dem Counties bordering Tennessee and the strong conservative counties in the Tri-State area around Indiana are RTW. Prob more that I’m not aware of.
Yes. That will work (County RTW Laws) unless the courts over rule it. Case still pending. No idea how that will shake out. Unions fighting it like crazy.
