This is BS. Prior to the extreme court's ridiculous finding that two butt******s could get "married" and acceptance of faggotry in the military as "just a "lifestyle choice", male on male rape was extremely rare and often fatal.
When I was in (mid 70s) one of our company was caught soliciting homosexual sex (voluntary). He got a nice unofficial "blanket party" and a bad conduct discharge.
Had he been a male rapist the story would have ended with the "blanket party". No need for a BCD as he'd have had a dreadful and tragic fall down the barracks stairs.
