The ones who gave us Rick Santorum, Huckabee, and now Ben Carson certainly are. They're the dumbest of the dumb. Totally shallow, empty, and only worried about appearance. Dr. Carson isn't an evangelical either. You are calling them stupid when more people voted for Romney himself! Who in the 2012 field should anti-Romney people have voted for. Gingrich ran a lousy campaign outside of South Carolina. Perry and Cain imploded. Ron Paul was Ron Paul.

I'm not an evangelical, and I happily voted for Santorum. He was as good a candidate as there was for 2012. His biggest problem was a lack of money. Largely because he doesn't sell out to rich people. He was a good man who would have hit Obama harder than Romney could.
